Life is difficult, but it does not have to be hopeless. Living in a world in the midst of broken relationships, feelings of depression, stressful jobs and family situations, alcohol, drugs, and loss. It can be easy to loose hope and your sense of purpose. I don't believe there is a certain type of counseling that works for everyone. I will meet with you, find out where you are, where you want to be, and tailor my counseling to meet your individual needs. During my years of counseling I have learned many different techniques and how to use them with different types of people.
I spent over 4 years working at LRADAC where I did group and individual counseling with women struggling with alcohol/drug use. Then, I spent 10 years at Prisma Health Counseling Center where I worked with a wide variety of clients. I am now at Bridge of Hope Counseling Center and have been there since May 2019.
If you are struggling in your journey through life, it is often helpful to have someone to walk alongside you. I would be honored to be that person. As we go through the journey together, you can bring the knowledge you have about yourself and I will bring the experience and knowledge I have.
