I'm currently taking on new clients for telehealth appointments only. I work with young adults and adults who are working through interpersonal relationship issues, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and navigating life changes and personal challenges. I also work with individuals impacted by close family or friends with substance misuse disorders. I have experience working with couples who are looking to feel more connected in their relationship.
Interpersonal connection is the basis for healing. I strive to create authentic relationships with my clients so that sustainable change can occur. I take a holistic approach to therapy, which means we will address all 'buckets' of life (cognitive, social, emotional, physical, etc).
I'm available for individual or couples therapy for $120 a session. I accept BCBS and Cigna insurance for individual therapy, and I have a needs-based sliding scale for couples therapy. Email me to schedule a free initial consultation to see if we're a good fit to work together.
