I have over 5 years of working in the field of mental health doing individual and group therapy. I am a counselor and board-certified music therapist who is dedicated to helping children, adolescents & adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, neurodivergent people, OCD, eating disorders, and identity issues. My ideal population is looking for tools and skills to work on their goals in a collaborative environment. I offer an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, Reality/choice therapy, narrative therapy, and person-centered therapy. I also offer creative techniques such as music therapy, art therapy and sand tray therapy.
