I am a queer therapist offering individual therapy, with an emphasis on Queer, kink, poly, sex, and body positivity to support a deeper connection to the empowerment, community, and home within yourself. I am passionate about utilizing harm reduction and social justice in understanding and supporting clients who experience marginalization, individual and intergenerational trauma; the collective experiences of deep suffering that can also be a pathway to joy.

I specialize in working with the Rainbow Alphabet, the black sheep, the weirdos and the freaks; those who find that they don't fit in the box. I offer eclectic therapy to individualize your therapy, which includes skill building, mindfulness, reparenting and internal parts work, cognitive restructuring, and connecting with internal resources.

I believe fully that we have the innate ability to heal, although all too often we are not given the necessary contexts for healing. We may need to cultivate healing spaces, metaphorically and literally, to heal the injuries that keep us stuck. The therapeutic relationship is one of many spaces in which that healing can take place.
