Lotus Holistic Therapy Center is for women struggling with fertility, confidence, trauma, and/or grief-- Teenagers trying to navigate a changing world and the tumultuous emotions that go along with that-- Couples who are having to learn their partner in a new way.

We provide culturally competent mental health services, integrative nutrition wellness coaching, and yoga practice support to provide holistic care that will nurture every part of you. We know that quite a few systems were in place to get you to this place-- and together, we will use a variety of approaches to get you where you want to be.
