This group is starting July 29, 2924 until September 2, 2024. If you are looking to be in a supportive and understanding environment where you can grow your ability to say no with confidence. Through guided discussions and role-playing exercises, you will develop the skills to communicate assertively and set limits without guilt. This group is right for you if: You want to connect with others who have similar experiences and feel validated.
