Welcome! The way we respond to the challenges is about perspective. I believe that reconnection to yourself is an important place to start. Life can become a maze of work, family, and obligations. Losing yourself is easy to do and finding yourself can be difficult. I work with many people who are experiencing anxiety, sadness, stress and overwhelm with life, jobs, relationships, and social connections. As a professional, I know how important it is to feel heard, and to have someone say, I hear you, and I understand where you are coming from.
When we lose our authentic selves and try to be what we think others what us to be, anxiety can take over, leaving us stuck and feeling lost. My style is to work with what you bring to session. My agenda is to work with what you feel is calling you loudest. From there, I help you to begin to find your own voice, since that is what is most important. I belie
