My ideal clients are Black Women who are show up as strong accomplished women, but behind closed doors struggle with worry if they are enough. This shows up as anxiety, depression and just plain confusion. Ispeci alize in faith based counseling believing wisdom and prayer are both necessary when we are seeking God's will for our life. Transitions can be difficult from time to time and I work with you to decide what's next AND what's best for you. I am honored to walk with you in this part of your journey and trust you really know what's best for your life.

Everyone has strengths but may not lean into them. I build on your strengths to increase awareness of your needs and how to care for yourself learning coping skills. In faith based counseling, we work on developing healthy spirituality that supports an understanding of God's word and love for us.

It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. It's scary and and may even bring up feelings you aren't ready to deal with. I've been there and I walk with you, encourage you to dig deeper to heal the pain points in your life.
