Hello! I believe that life is a puzzle in that it’s not always clear and easy to see what pieces need to go where in order to create a beautiful image. Living a life that is full of clarity, hope, and confidence is like needing to rework the pieces in your life. At times, we need safe supportive environment allow growth to occur. Therapy is a lot like finding the missing puzzle pieces and making them work together. When working with you, I can teach you how to engage with all the pieces to help obtain the image you want.
As a team, we will explore how various pieces of your life impact one another and rework areas of your life so you have a clear vision of you and your life. I offer you support, knowledge and a safe place to be your authentic self. My skills align to aid you in navigating, any loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transition and relationship conflicts.
One of the hardest puzzles we ever have to build is the one we’re left with after a loss; working with you in the grieving process is a strong skill of mine where I can support you in not necessarily find the missing piece, but rather fill that space with something that is meaningful.
