For the past 25 years my interest and passion is working with adults and children, families and couples to reach their goals and make positive change in their lives. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Re-processing for trauma, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and other approaches tailored for each individual client. Ms. Forris feels that each person is an individual with particular needs and what works for one individual may not work for another.
