Hi. I am a Licensed Psychotherapist with 21 years and counting. I am a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Social Work, Majoring in Clinical Treatment. Reaching different points in the aging process where we find ourselves getting further away from the life we once knew, entering into new phases and changes surrounding our world.
Regarding my practice, I focus on the Rogerian Theory whereby the individual within themselves have vast resources for self-understanding and for altering their self-concept, basic attitudes, and self-directed behaviors.
