I specialize in clients who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, or attachment wounding to include dissociation, and relationship issues with a particular interest in the impact of our family of origin on ourselves. I work with you to help make sense of the way you're feeling and to address your goals for a calmer, happier life. Certified EMDR therapist who has completed additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego States therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I work at the client’s pace with a mindful approach that incorporates the client’s strengths, values, and abilities to develop a path towards healing.
