I specialize in various evidence-based approaches that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, client centered therapy and solution-focused therapy in collaboration with the client. Beyond evidence-based approaches, I seek to incorporate Christian principles that are design to bring life to the whole self which includes the mind, body and spirt.
