The last few years have been very challenging for me personally, I have suffered from anxiety and depression much like many of you. It has surprised me that it has taken so long to get back to feeling like myself again! Does this sound familiar to you? I know how you are feeling, and we can help each other get through this challenge. I am very empathetic, and can offer my training and experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, life transition, I have also worked with clients who are recovering from addiction. I have worked with children and teens who have struggled with anxiety, bullying, social challenges, and divorce.
I can offer parents who are struggling to understand their kids, or to assist them with setting strong and healthy boundaries for their children. I do not take insurance, and my rate per session is $70 per 50 minute session. This ensures that your treatment will not be interrupted by session limits placed by insurance companies., or what is covered.
I work with children through age 17, adults and seniors too. I am not taking family court cases at this time. I have been practicing for almost 15 years, and have strong insight and empathy skills, and can help you find your way through these trying times.
