My approach is client-centered, using talk therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, parts work, art therapy, and play therapy strategies. I am EMDR trained, and trauma- and IFS-informed. I am best described as empathic, perceptive, and non-judgmental, and I offer a healing space to talk about life's challenges, pursue your goals, and find more inner peace.
