I believe that all individuals have the capacity to heal, change, and grow. Life is not always easy, and there are times when we are faced with the unexpected such as a loss or trauma. There are also times in life when we feel stuck, or times when we just find ourselves overwhelmed with the everyday stress of life in a way that impacts our mental health. Whether facing life challenges, or a mental health concern, an outside perspective can help us gain new insight, heal, and overcome any barriers that appear to be holding us back in our life. It is my goal to help you heal and connect to the internal strength you already have
My specialties include anxiety: depression, trauma ( Including childhood trauma), grief, self-esteem, and social issues, relational difficulties, and professional uncertainty. Depending on my client’s needs and preferences I can work solely through traditional talk therapy and/or incorporate other therapeutic styles that may better fit your needs.
