Expressions Family Counseling is a place for everyone to experience the difference wellness focused therapy can make! Helping clients express through art, sand and other mediums inspires self-exploration and insight on a deeper level, alleviating the need for the "perfect words" and taking the pressure off of overthinking and anxiety. I truly love working with clients across the life span. From working with the playful little ones and their parents to help home feel more manageable, to the teenagers who are real, raw and hilariously amazing with their process, all the way to working with adults struggling with life transitions, wellness or grief.
