I've had extensive experience in the treatment of relationship issues, stress management, transition difficulties, women’s issues, grief, substance abuse, lesbian/gay/bisexual/queer issues, codependency, parenting issues, as well as anxiety, depression, and other issues.
My treatment style combines client-centered psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, cognitive/behavioral, and sometimes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), depending on several factors, including the client's interest.
