I bring an antiracist, LGBTQIA+ affirming perspective, taking a systemic approach that considers each client's social, economic, and cultural contexts. Focusing on creativity and self-expression, I use art, music and mindfulness techniques to create a nurturing space for healing. My aim is to help you discover your inner strengths and cultivate resilience.
