As a therapist, I have experience with all ages groups and work with individual adults and adolescents. My goal is to provide emotional safety while empowering individuals with knowledge and skills needed to enhance their quality of life, rediscover their authentic individuality and maximize their true wellness. In addition to my licensing, I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. I have 20 years of experience in assessment, outpatient, educational, emergency and disaster/crisis treatment. I consider the counseling relationship to be a partnership between the therapist and client. Using my guidance and coaching with an individual's personal information, we create a team working together.
I specialize in emotional loss, crisis and trauma, anxiety, depression, women's issues, life transitions/stressors, medical issues and personal empowerment.
