Emotional pain is an inescapable part of being human. At times, it is manageable but apparent; at others, it is overwhelming and impacts all aspects of our lives. I believe deeply in the therapeutic process and have had the honor of witnessing clients transform their lives by committing to the work that it requires. I consider it a privilege to be allowed into a person's inner experience and to partner with them as they explore their struggles.
My guiding perspective as a clinician is that all clients are unique, and as such, I feel comfortable tailoring my approach to suit the needs of each individual. Ultimately, I endorse the view that people are the experts on themselves and my role is to assist clients with discovering what is most helpful for them.
