When we gain the courage to share our stories, we can begin the first steps on the path towards healing. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and pursuing your therapeutic goals. I work with couples and individual clients of all ages who are seeking to feel better, break patterns that no longer serve them and start habits that do. Using a person-centered, integrative approach rooted in psycho-dynamic theory, I employ evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness, tailoring treatment to meet individual client needs.
With advanced degrees in clinical psychology and literature, I am versed in the nuanced ways our life experiences (and the stories we tell ourselves/others about them) affect our sense of self and our relational skills. In our sessions, we will work to quickly address root issues of conflict and struggle and learn new ways to cope with life challenges.
