I believe with the support that therapy provides, you can begin to find relief and identify strategies for change. You can discover your strengths, experience healing and live a more productive life. My goal is to assist clients in coping with life challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and parenting. I also specialize in working with teenagers.
I value the individuality of each client, therefore, treatment is designed to help you enhance strengths and attain goals. My role is providing you with the guidance and support so that you can take the steps necessary to reduce your symptoms, increase your confidence and effectively meet life's challenges.
As your therapist, I will provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment where we can explore life events and stresses that may be impacting your ability to find balance and achieve your goals. I also understand that your life is filled with demands, so I offer evening and Saturday appointments.
