I will provide you with support and coping skills in order to recover from trauma, mental illness, attachment disorders, and other stressors.
My specialty is working with young children 3-10 and their families. I provide play therapy for children; family counseling; individual adult therapy; recovery from domestic violence; groups for children with a social/emotional skills focus; groups focused on parent (grandparent/kin) child attachment; and parenting groups.
I draw my approach from different traditions (attachment, EMDR, neuropsychological, psychodynamic, family systems), because I tailor my treatment to your specific needs. I offer a mindful, spiritual context within treatment when requested. We will co-create a path toward recovery together. I offer a free 30-minute session to see if it feels like a good fit.
