I know that reaching out for help is a big decision and can feel scary. I'm here to support you in the process. I'm a clinical Social Worker trained to help women of all ages with concerns like anxiety, depression, women's issues, maternal loss, and parental stress. I like to partner with my patients to help them equip them to better cope with life's challenges and to be able to thrive. We all deserve to have a kind, supportive environment to process our thoughts and feelings. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to teach you the skills to feel your best.
I work with girls as young as 5 years old and have been trained in play therapy skills to best support and work with children. I can help children with behavior concerns, anxiety, depression, academic stress, and ADHD. I can help your child build the confidence and emotion regulation skills to build calm within themselves.
As I have recently transitioned into private practice at NWA Therapy, I canschedule new patients quickly. Our administrative team is very responsive and will answer any questions you have about care and costs.
