I am a counselor with experience working alongside individuals wanting to address everyday life concerns to challenging mental health issues. I treat a wide range of concerns including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, motivational challenges, parenting struggles, impulsivity, mood swings and psychosis.
I approach treatment from a holistic perspective. I believe diet, exercise, sleep & faith all intersect. My counseling style is supportive, encouraging, interactive & educational. I believe all individuals are worthy of respect and compassion & that it is wrong to criticize others. I experience successful outcomes through use of evidenced-based research.
It requires courage to seek change and even consider talking with a counselor.
