I have helped men and women, boys and girls deal with anxiety;depression; eating disorders; substance abuse; grief and loss; PTSD; women's issues; LGBT specific issues; cutting or other self-harm; life challenges; and life changes.
I provide treatment tailored to each individual in a warm, accepting envitonment. Working together, we will develop effective strategies focusing on your strengths.
