We all experience trauma in our lives, and sometimes severe life stressors leave us feeling stuck. As an ally, teacher, and therapist, Lori collaborates with you to go from surviving to thriving. She understands that healing is dynamic, and provides a mind-body-spirit approach to treatment. Therapy is an opportunity to honor our experience and become friends with ourselves. Lori uses a combination of holistic modalities including EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy and movement to tackle core issues.
Lori was drawn to counseling after going through a healing crisis of her own after she was diagnosed with Chronic Lyme disease. Many of the modalties she now uses with her clients were of great benefit throughout her Lyme treatment and recovery.
