We all come to crossroads in life where we are uncertain of what to do. Painful events happen and it can become difficult to stay present in our lives. I offer a safe place to explore the thoughts feelings and experiences you may be struggling with today- while finding ways collaboratively that encourages healthy living and promotes self compassion and positive growth. I believe change can happen when we are able to build self awareness, become more present, lean into acceptance, and set healthy boundaries. As we learn to foster self love and self compassion processing our pain eases and authentic living begins.
I use a very eclectic approach including yogic movement to treat various struggles that interrupt healthy living- I encourage mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, boundary setting, radical acceptance, and healthy communication- To build a healthier personal perspective that fosters self compassion and self love
