I consider it a sacred role to collaborate with individuals who are dedicated to their process of growth, healing, and transformation across the lifespan. My clinical interests include the treatment of anxiety, depression, codependency, life transitions, and grief and loss. I enjoy partnering with individuals in the life long development of identity, value exploration, and intention setting. I also love working with other healing professionals, including social workers/counselors, teachers, health & wellness and medical professionals to manage compassion fatigue and burnout.
I utilize a holistic therapeutic approach that is trauma-informed and integrates mind-body techniques such as mindfulness practices, breath work, guided imagery, and nature as medicine. Mindfulness based practices include Yoga-Informed therapy, DBT and ACT.
I believe that each person has their own unique inner wisdom, strength and capacity to access healing. Our partnership will holistically explore where you have been, where you are now, and where you'd like to go, to fully honor and live your most authentic life.
