I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma, relationship issues, including any kind of break up, anxiety, depression, problem solving, self esteem, and parenting. I use cognitive behavior therapy, trauma techniques, like EMDR and talk therapy to help people find themselves again and feel ready to make changes.
