I am accepting new clients age 14 years and older. I respect the courage it takes to open up and talk to someone about the stress in your life, relationship difficulties, and day-to-day challenges. It is important to talk to someone who is nonjudgmental. I value the match between the therapist and the client and believe this fit is an essential component of therapy. I approach therapy as a collaboration in which the client participation plays an integral role. Our work together will build upon your existing strengths so that you can achieve your goals.
My passion is helping clients manage life and career transitions, find their voice, and learn to cope in a healthy manner. I have over 30-years of clinical experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment; in addition to, University work as an educator and scholar. I enjoy working with adolescents, college students, and adults.
I believe a safe space is necessary whether it is in-person or online. I have flexible hours available to fit your schedule.
