I specialize in working with adults, couples, and teens in the areas of trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, career challenges, past history of abuse, and a variety of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, anger management, body image, low self-esteem, and many others.
While sensitive to each person’s faith perspective, Grace Nova Counseling is operated to provide counseling with a distinctively Christian framework to the local community. Counseling services are provided by independent Christian professionals who have earned an accredited Master’s Degree and have been appropriately licensed by the state of Virginia.
