So happy to meet you! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist for the past 20 years, helping heal wounds that keep us stuck. I will provide a safe space for clients to communicate their feelings, work through conflicts, and gain insight into how their behavior impacts others. As a therapists I work within the context of relational systems to address a variety of mental, emotional, and relational issues. More than anything else, we will focuses on deep, long-term change. I also provide programs for relational enrichment, premarital preparation, and parent education.
