I work with clients from a variety of walks of life - ranging from adolescents to adulthood. Working together, we address the core root of their concerns and what brings them to therapy. We often work towards greater emotional intelligence, stronger boundaries, and confidence building.
I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, and PTSD - helping to gain deeper understanding and insight, as well as help make connections between past experiences and current coping mechanisms.
