Many people come to realize that the past has shaped you yet it's not you. I’m multidisciplined and together we find a particular way to talk and get there that works for you. I try to lead with curiousity. We can also get to the hard to reach areas that have held you back for some time. If in crisis, we meet briefly and try to resolve it.
I’ve practiced for 26 years and my approach is practical, empathic, and always respectful. My professional training is psychodynamic, cognitive, and eclectic, also EMDR and DBT.
