One of my favorite quotes is "You are more than a human being, you are a human becoming" (Og Mandino). Whatever has brought you to this step in your path, I thank you for allowing me to be join you on the road to who you are becoming! I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, addressing various issues from hiccups that upset the proverbial applecart, to chronic conditions, interpersonal struggles, and everything in between. It is a privilege to be part of your journey through life's challenges and successes.

I have training and experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and families in a number of treatment settings. I believe individuals fare better when a holistic approach is taken to their care. We operate better socially, emotionally, and physically when we feel better psychologically, and visa versa.

I enjoy working collaboratively with others, and the aim of each session will be tailored to the needs of the person in front of me. While there may be times you may need help in shaping your goals and moving forward in your life, it is my wish to help you feel empowered and practice tools for success in your daily life.
