I feel fortunate to walk alongside my clients as they strive for recovery. I enjoy working with clients struggling with a multitude of concerns. In particular, I enjoy helping clients struggling with anorexia, binge eating disorder, couple distress, anxiety/OCD, depression, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, and trauma reach their potential. My experience with these populations is extensive as is my commitment to providing my clients with research supported treatment. I also thoroughly enjoy clients navigating life transitions. Be it changes in work or school, the family, or something else, transitions are full of potential growth!
I have specialized training in Maudsley/FBT, completed my dissertation on the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder, and recently received the designation of Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS). Additionally, I completed advanced training on the treatment of BFRBs (Hair-pulling, skin-picking, nail-biting).
Last but not least, I love the opportunity to help moms find balance within their own lives, thereby modeling this for the next generation. Overall, I bring an empathic, integrative perspective to the therapy relationship and would love to support you on your path toward a fulfilling and healthy life.
