I predominately treat youth and adults within the LGBTQ+ community as they navigate intersectionality, life transitions, and identity development.
I am passionate advocate and ally who celebrates diversity whether ethnicity, race, faith, sexuality, relational, gender, etc. I have an integrative and person-centered counseling approach combining mindfulness, skill building, self-acceptance, interpersonal relationship building, and healthy boundary development.
