I am a licensed professional counselor as well as a business leadership and mental fitness coach. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including trauma, issues associated with the military, stress, relationship stress, money stress, time management, and communication. I offer an integrated approach to counseling including, but not limited to performance EMDR and Equine Assisted Learning / Psychotherapy to help individuals move beyond blocks and barriers holding them back from leading the life they really want.

My background brings a broad range of experience. The challenges of being in the US Army and being an Army wife taught me to adapt and overcome. I later went on into a variety of fields before settling in psychology where I have found my passion and purpose. My coaching and counseling style is warm, direct and interactive.
