Therapy will help you or your child gain insight, develop coping strategies, and better manage behavior and relationships.
I specialize in working with women who are dealing with life transitions, stresses and conflicts. I also specialize in treating children, adolescents, young adults and families with emotional, behavioral or transition issues. Through therapy we will create a warm safe environment to openly discuss and resolve your concerns.
I have a BA in Psychology from Tufts University and an MSW from Simmons College School of Social Work. I have over 37 years of experience and am trained in a many techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems Therapy; we will work together to find ways I can best be of help.
