I am skilled in a range of issues to include anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, child behavioral issues, mood and personality disorders, and adult/childhood trauma. I have been in private practice in Crestview the last three years and plan to stay! My office is centrally located and offers a relaxed and cozy setting. We are dog friendly so feel free to bring your best friend!
My main treatment modalities are cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and trauma focused care including EMDR and TFCBT. My counseling style is warm and engaging. Therapy is all about the professional relationship and seeing the world from my client's eyes.
