With a passion for holistic healing, my journey has led me to specialize in supporting individuals grappling with chronic illness and chronic pain with anxiety or depressive symptoms. I am on a mission to bridge the gap between the mind and body, empowering others to thrive in their holistic well-being.
A therapeutic setting
I believe in integrating somatic techniques to foster deep mind-body awareness. With fluency in Spanish as my second language, I bring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity to my practice. Through breathwork, EFT Tapping, mindfulness cues, and somatic tracking, I guide individuals towards a deeper harmony within.
We will work on soothing, accepting, and healing the nervous system to enable you to feel a sense of control and safety within your body. We can incorporate a simple tool-set to support lasting change and increase your quality of life while minimizing pain.
