Life is hard and sometimes we just need a sounding board, some new tools for our tool belt (that we will actually use), and a nonjudgmental supportive third party. Our main goal is to provide an authentic, nonjudgmental, brave, and safe space to work through life's struggles. We are focused on helping you achieve your goals and challenge you to grow how you see fit!

Hannah & Lola work with suicidality & couples work. Brynn loves doing EMDR & assisting with substance use, trauma, & eating recovery. Maddy provides services in spanish and focuses on medical traumas like chronic illness, postpartum depression, phobias & pregnancy loss. Gavyn & Grahm work with eating recovery, life transitions, traumas, and anxiety.
