In individual and couple therapy, she believes that establishing a safe nonjudgemental space is the best way to explore and work on issues that are painful and may evoke feelings of shame. She works with both straight and LGBTQ+ people. And has a specialty in working with the Queer community around identity and other issues germane to that population.
