Even if your goal isn't clear at the moment, I will help guide you along the way until you're able to see the finish line you envision. I specialize in nature-informed therapy and utilize a humanistic approach in my practice. I will bring in components of polyvagal theory and DBT to help you learn skills to regulate your nervous system and bring awareness to your triggers. I will be solution-focused and encourage you through DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
