While each client has a unique story, there are some common themes. Some clients are struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief. Many are abuse survivors, have endured painful attachment wounds, or are facing difficult transitions. I approach each session with compassionate curiosity & provide a safe space for you to show up as your most authentic self.
