I am passionate about early childhood development and experiences and how our childhood lays the foundation for how we interact with the world as adults. I am also passionate about supporting people in their transition into parenthood and finding a strong sense of self in their new role.
I also work with children, teens, young adults, and adults on issues related to many mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, confidence, and adjustment difficulties.
