I specialize in working with individuals struggling with difficulties such as complex trauma/PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, substance use, sexuality, and gender identity. I also have experience working with Highly Sensitive Persons. I am also kink/poly-affirming and practice from a trauma-informed and anti-racist lens.
I utilize an eclectic variety of techniques that stem from CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic, feminist, Polyvagal Theory, Junigian, and existential theoretical orientations. I am also familiar with esoteric belief systems and occultism and am comfortable affirming and utilizing these belief systems in the therapeutic relationship.
