If you’re struggling with the changes and challenges that life can bring, I understand and I’m here to help! Therapy that is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship can be a useful tool to process feelings while working to build on pre-existing strengths and skills to navigate difficult times. I work to create a comfortable and supportive space to collaborate with clients to discover what they most need and help facilitate reflection, healing, and growth. I work primarily with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and identity formation.
I utilize an eclectic mix of approaches, including CBT, DBT, narrative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and mindfulness based therapeutic techniques. I bring a strong systems and developmental lens to my work, working to understand how people have come to be who they are in the context of their environment and life trajectory.
Coming to therapy can be vulnerable, and I aim to create a space that is warm, validating, and responsive to your needs and feedback.
